We are still trying to recruit people to fill up our Raid Parties.
There are two main challenges to having successful raids:
1) Getting enough characters of similar levels on at the same time. If you have 55th level people taking part in a 70th level Raid, then you really have no chance of winning.
2) Having enough support characters in the party. A Raid generally needs 3-5 nukers, at least one good tank, 2 healer/buffers, a PP, a WC and a BD/SWS. Even though we have all those characters in the clan, they are not all the same level.
Once some of our newer support characters become 6x and 7x, we should find it much easier to Raid.
So let this be a reminder to help out your fellow WCs, BDs, PPs and SE's when they need help leveling. The sooner they get up to 65-75th level, the sooner we start getting full drops from Raids!
